Terms of service

These terms are between you and Cogria Ltd, the company based in London, United Kingdom, that runs Tefo ("we"). They cover tefo.ai, the waiting list and a Tefo account as they are today. Tefo is not yet open to the public. When it opens, terms for the product itself will be added here, and you will be asked to accept them before you use it.

The waiting list

Joining the waiting list is free and promises nothing on either side. It does not guarantee access, a date or a price. You can leave at any time by writing to hello@tefo.ai.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so whoever can read that mailbox can sign in as you. Keep it secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 18 to have an account.

What Tefo is for

Tefo is for operating an iPhone that is yours, or that you are allowed to operate. It is not for running groups of phones or bulk accounts, for getting past passwords, biometric checks, payment confirmations or verification codes, or for anything unlawful. We may close an account that is used this way.

This site

What this site says about the product describes our plans and what we have tested so far. It can change before the product opens. The site is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on this site or the waiting list.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the law where you live.

Changes and contact

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Questions go to hello@tefo.ai.
